Show Care

Full Care: $80

Includes: administration, use of supplies, stall cleaning, BEMER, tacking/untacking/grooming, and hand walking/lunging

Includes: administration, use of supplies, stall cleaning, BEMER

**Tipping is not expected nor required. We want to ensure our prices are transparent and predictable for customers and our staff.

**Full care and partial care options can be interchanged at a show (example: full care Wednesday & Thursday and partial care Friday, Saturday, & Sunday).

Show Training

• Coaching: $120 per day of showing

• Lessons included in lesson/training package​s

• Training Ride included in riding/training packages

• Lunging: $15 for partial care days or $0 for full care days​

Late cancellations for competitions (3 weeks before the start) impact anticipated split costs for attendees and payment for staffing. The following late cancellation payments have been instilled to ensure fairness to other competitors and staff.

• 3 weeks - 1 week prior: all anticipated splits and payment for 25% of anticipated services

• 1 week prior: all anticipated splits and payment for 75% of anticipated services

• Exceptions made for medical emergencies: anticipated splits and 10% of anticipated services.

Not included:

• Show bills including splits for grooming/tack stalls, shavings and hay

• Housing and travel for staff.

• Medications: Due to new USEF rules, all medications must be prescribed to the individual horse.
