Boarding Options

Option 1 - Stalled horse - $1,250/month + grain & supplements at cost

Board: $800

Training: $450

Required to participate in 3 shows a year

Option 2 - Pastured non-riding horse - $450/month + grain & supplements at cost

Board: $450

Option 3 - Pastured riding non-showing horse - $650/month + grain & supplements at cost

Board: $450

Lesson package: $200

Option 4 - Pastured showing horse - $900/month + grain & supplements at cost

Board: $450

Training: $450

*Full training is required for horses with an in-barn partial lease

*Showing is defined as going to any rated competitions or at the discretion of the Bellhaus trainer

Cost Breakdown

Stall board: $800/month

​Includes daily turnout in private or group paddocks, stalls cleaned daily, managed feeding program (grain and supplements billed at cost), blanket changes, catch and hold for scheduled vet and farrier appointments, and small-item laundry

Pasture board: $450/month

Includes small group turnout with run-in shed, managed feeding program (grain and supplements billed at cost), free choice hay, blanket changes, catch and hold for scheduled vet and farrier appointments, and small-item laundry

Full Training: $450/month

Includes all training and care needs for the month, including: lessons, training rides, show touch-up clipping, medical care with materials, hand-walking, basic medication administration (medications billed at cost), and catch/hold for emergency vet/farrier.

Lesson Package: $200/month

Includes 4 training rides or lessons per month

 

Boarding Hold Fee

Bellhaus will hold boarding space at the following rates for 3 months. If there is a waitlist for the space, after 3 months client may either give up their space with no refund of the hold fee or pay the full boarding/training price.

• Stall: $650/month

• Pasture: $350/month

 

Other Boarding Services​​

• Pasture Board Care: $150/month or $15/day

  • Medical care with materials, hand-walking, basic medication administration (medications billed at cost), catch/hold for emergency vet/farrier, basic grooming as needed and determined by management.​

• Pasture board use of stall for medical stall rest: $22/day in addition to board. *There is only one stall available*

• Facility use fee: $10 for each lesson taught by an external trainer (no jumping)​​

• Facility use fee: $25 for each PIVO lesson taught by an external trainer (no jumping)

• Trailer parking: $50/month

Non-Boarder Training​

• Lesson package: $250/month for 4 lessons or training rides

  • If stable is more than 15 miles from Bellhaus, a $0.70/mile travel fee will be charged​

• Ship in lesson package: $300 for 4 lessons, $90 for individual
