Boarding Options

Stalled Board - $1,250/month + grain & supplements at cost

Required to participate in 3 shows a year

Includes:

• Full training, including all lessons and training rides

• ​Daily turnout in private or group paddocks

• Stalls cleaned daily

• Managed feeding program (grain and supplements billed at cost)

• Blanket changes and summer fly spray

• Catch and hold for barn scheduled vet and farrier appointments and emergencies

• Small-item laundry

• Show touch-up clipping

• Basic medical care (certain medical materials to be billed at cost)

• Basic medication administration (medications to be billed at cost)

• Hand walking

 

Pasture Board - $900/month + grain & supplements at cost

No showing requirements

Includes:

• Full training, including all lessons and training rides

• ​Small group turnout with run-in shed located on a dry lot close to the barn

• Use of stall for medical purposes 

• Managed feeding program (grain and supplements billed at cost)

• Blanket changes and summer fly spray

• Catch and hold for barn scheduled vet and farrier appointments and emergencies

• Small-item laundry

• Show touch-up clipping

• Basic medical care (certain medical materials to be billed at cost)

• Basic medication administration (medications to be billed at cost)

• Hand walking

Boarding Hold Fee

Bellhaus may hold boarding space at the following rates:

• Stall: $650/month

• Pasture: $350/month

 

Other Services​​​

• Facility use fee: $10 for each lesson taught by an external trainer (no jumping)​​

• Facility use fee: $25 for each PIVO lesson taught by an external trainer (no jumping)

• Trailer parking: $50/month

Non-Boarder Training​

• Lesson package: $200/month for 4 lessons or training rides

  • If stable is more than 10 miles from Bellhaus, a $0.70/mile travel fee will be charged​

• Ship in lesson package: $240 for 4 lessons
