Cost:

· Clinic Fee $250

· Stall & Shavings: $75

Auditor: $20, includes morning coffee/donuts and lunch

Schedule:

· Ship in Friday after 12:00pm

· Clinic sessions each day:

o Group 1: 10:00 – 12:00 – Amanda (Trevor) and Max (Bella)

o Lunch: 12:00 – 1:00

o Group 2: 1:30 – 3:00 – Casey (Ava), Claire (Tara), and Lexie (Marleigh)

Waivers:

· All riders will be expected to sign waivers prior to riding at the facility. This includes any preparation rides Friday afternoon.

· Junior riders will be expected to always have an adult guardian present. This guardian must co-sign all waivers.

Health Paperwork:

· Please email coggins to bellhauseq@gmail.com

· Jordan has given health paperwork directly to Mandt

Stalls:

· Stall costs and 6 bags of shavings are included in the cost of the clinic ($70). Stalls will be pre-bedded upon arrival. Additional shavings can be requested prior to the start of the clinic or personal shavings can be brought in.

· Hay will not be provided. Please supply your own hay.

· Additional stalls will be available at no additional cost for storage.

· Stalls are being provided for Trevor, Bella, Tara, and Ava

Turnout

There are 5 turnouts available for rotational usage on the below schedule. The rider will be responsible for putting their horse into turnout, providing appropriate blanketing, and monitoring for any needs.

· AM (8 – 12:00): Group 2

· PM (12:00 – 4:00): Group 1

Care & Supplies:

· Riders are expected to provide all care for horses at the clinic.

o Partial care is available to Bellhaus Equestrian Members at $35/day

o Bellhaus can provide feeding services for all horse members at $5/feeding. All feed must be pre-made into bags.

· Please bring all the equipment you would normally need for a horse show. Including, buckets, stall cleaning equipment, tack, grooming supplies, etc. There is ample space to store equipment and blankets.

o Bellhaus Equestrian Members can use Bellhaus Supplies at $5/day

Attire: Attire should be jumper show appropriate: tan breeches and a nice shirt (no need for show shirts or coats). The barn and ring are only insulated and not heated (stays above freezing) so please dress appropriate for February weather!

Shipping: Max Michelson can provide limited shipping for Bellhaus Equestrian horses within the Madson area at $2.50/mile
